We at Charlotte Racefest, want to see athletes of all levels and abilities enjoy their race day experience. We are proud to share programming available for those wishing to train for Charlotte Racefest.



We have partnered with Forward Motion CLT to offer three FREE training programs in order to support you reaching your race day goals.  Why partner with Forward Motion CLT

They understand the value of running is personal. For some it’s about taking the first step. For others, it’s a PR. The goal of Forward Motion CLT is to keep running simple and pure. We help runners move along their journey as mentally and physically strong as possible in a way that can be enjoyed to its fullest. We invite you to use and share these plans. Welcome to "Run Like A Mother," a group run training program for moms wanting to return to running postpartum or seasoned runners wanting a guided training program.

Our certified Postpartum Return to Running Pro, Angela, will meet you at your level and help you achieve new milestones. Group runs, accountability, strength training, professional guidance, and more.

Together, we'll conquer miles, celebrate milestones, and redefine what it means to Run Like A Mother.
