Can I register on race day?
Yes, race day registration is available if participant cap has not been met.
Can I pick up my friend's packet early and/or race day?
Yes, you can pick up friends, family and coworkers' packets. If you pick up before race morning, make sure you bring them race morning! Nothing worse that forgetting your bib!
What can I expect on race day?
Please allow ample time to pick up packets, get your wristband (21 & up only), and be in line within 5 minutes of national anthem and start. Spectators are welcome along the course and finish, so cheer in your favorite runner!
Can I walk the event?
We love our walkers. We ask walkers to be aware that course time limits are race specific. You must complete the race (half or 10K) in 3 hours (13:45/mile) as to reopen the course as mandated by the City of Charlotte. If you fall below this pace, we can unfortunately no longer guarantee course support—which is paramount for your safety. Aid stations, medical support, portable toilets, and road closures will start to become unavailable to participants. The local police and race organizers will ask you to reroute to a shorter version of the course or move up onto the sidewalk where you will be required to obey regular traffic laws.
Can I track a participant?
Yes, the tracking link will be available under participant tracking tab we get closer to race day.

Are strollers and dogs allowed?
Running baby strollers are allowed but must have a minimum of 6″ wheels. Unfortunately, we ask that you leave your furry friends at home.
What is your race day cancellation policy?
In the event the race should be canceled for reasons beyond the control of the Race Director or Race Committee (inclement weather or unsafe weather conditions; local, state or national emergency), refunds will not be made, but race packets, including race shirts, will be available at a location to be determined.

How can I check to see if I am registered?
Select "Race Info" tab in Runsignup. Select "Find A Participant" tab and enter your name.
What are my options if a "live" event is postponed, cancelled or virtual?

How will I get my schwag if I choose the virtual event?
Virtual participants will receive all race goodies a few weeks post live event via mail or optional pickup location.
How do I submit my virtual results?
Visit our results page here, select "submit results" and input your finish time. The best part of a virtual event is that you can run your distance as many times as possible!
